Terms and Conditions for Monthly Giveaway


1. Eligibility

  • The giveaway is open to residents of India aged 18 years or older.
  • Employees of Paryatak Travel Shop, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household as Employees are not eligible to participate in the giveaway.


2. Entry Period

  • The giveaway starts on the 1st of each month and ends on the announced day on our Instagram Account. (@paryatak.co) at 11:00 AM [Indian Standard Time].


3. How to Enter

  • Follow Paryatak Travel Shop on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Post a travel photo or reel, tag @paryatak.co, and use the hashtag #prytkgiveaway.
  • Comment on the giveaway post and tag at least 2 friends in the comments.


4. Bonus Entries

  • Share the giveaway post on your Instagram or Facebook stories and tag @paryatak.co.
  • Visit our website and sign up for the Paryatak Travel Shop email newsletter.


5. Selection of Winners

  • Winners will be selected randomly using a selection tool from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
  • The draw will take place within 3 days after the end of the entry period.


6. Winner Notification

  • Winners will be notified via direct message on the social media platform they entered through within 3 days following the winner selection.
  • Winners will have 2 days to respond to the notification to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this time frame, another winner will be selected.


7. Prizes

  • First Prize: Product + Gift Voucher
  • Second Prize: Product + Gift Voucher
  • Third Prize: Product + Gift Voucher

Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.


    8. After Winning

    • Winners must take a high-quality photo with the received product, ideally in a travel setting, and tag @paryatak.co in the photo and caption on social media platforms.
    • Winners must tag @paryatak.co as a collaborator on Instagram to appear on both profiles.
    • Winners will be featured as the winner of the month on @paryatak.co's social media pages.


    9. General Conditions

    • Paryatak Travel Shop reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Paryatak Travel Shop’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Paryatak Travel Shop in its sole discretion.
    • Paryatak Travel Shop reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or any other promotion, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.


    10. Privacy

    • By participating in this giveaway, participants agree that their information will be used in accordance with Paryatak Travel Shop’s Privacy Policy.
    • The winners agree to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation unless prohibited by law.


    11. Limitation of Liability

    • By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Paryatak Travel Shop, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the giveaway and/or their acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the giveaway; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the giveaway or the processing of entries.


    12. Governing Law

    • The giveaway is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
