Return and Refund Policy
If you’re not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving the item. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, have all original tags and labels attached (if any), and be returned in their original packaging along with the bill copy.
How to Request a Return or Exchange?
Email us at contact@paryatak.co with your order number, contact details, reason for the return, and photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect). For damaged/incorrect items, please include clear photos or videos as evidence so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Return Shipping
You can send returns via either a paid courier or a free/arranged courier service, depending on your location, return reason, and our current return options. If we are providing a prepaid return label for your order, we will let you know in the return instructions. If not, you can use a cost-effective courier or registered post and retain the tracking details until the return is complete.
Processing Time
Returned items typically take 5-7 working days to reach our warehouse, although delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will begin processing your refund or exchange as soon as the returned product arrives at our building and passes our quality check.
Refunds
Refunds can be issued to the original mode of payment, UPI, or store credits.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount in all cases for all orders.
The refund process normally takes 7–10 working days from the time you request it. We will notify you when your refund has been initiated.
If a return package does not reach our warehouse within 30 days from the return request, we will issue a refund for the product amount (excluding shipping) instead of providing a replacement.
Exchanges & Replacements
Exchanges or replacements are available for items that were delivered incorrectly, are defective, or were damaged during shipping. Please email contact@paryatak.co with photos/videos and your order details for evaluation.
Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of delivery, and the item must meet the eligibility criteria above. Requests after 5 days cannot be accepted for exchange, replacement, or refund, even if the item appears defective.
It usually takes 5–7 working days to process and ship a replacement after the returned item passes inspection.
If the product you ordered is discontinued or goes out of stock after your order, we will issue a full refund (including original shipping cost).
Special Cases
Custom orders and products purchased under special offers or discount codes are not eligible for return or replacement unless they are incorrect or damaged on arrival.
If the orders are placed with automatic discounts like combos, packs, or sets, they are eligible for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
PRYTK E-Perk discount is independent of any conditions. If you get this discount, you are eligible for returns, exchanges, and refunds. It does not override the above conditions.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package arrives in poor condition or appears tampered with before you open it, inform the delivery person immediately and refuse/record the return. Then email us at contact@paryatak.co with photos and details so we can take the necessary steps.
If a Return Does Not Meet the Guidelines:
If a returned product does not meet our eligibility guidelines (for example, it is used, washed, or returned without original packaging/bill), we will be unable to process a refund or exchange.
Received a Wrong or Defective Product:
If you’ve received an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please email us at (shop email) with clear photos or videos of the item along with your order number and contact details. Our Customer Care team will review your request and arrange a reverse pickup if applicable. Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will process a replacement or refund as per your preference.
Refund on a Canceled Order:
The refund can be issued to the original mode of payment, UPI, or store credits within 7-10 working days.
Customers can cancel their orders within 12 hours of placing them.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
